Sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the sea was lovely, and the room had magnificent views. The seventh-floor restaurant also has a panoramic sea view. There are two outdoor pools, one adults-only, plus direct access to the sea. The breakfast was delicious, with a very wide selection. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely try to stay longer next time.

My little addiction, Bonanza hotel near Palma! I like Bonanza Park just as much as Bonanza playa. If you love gardens, birds singing, and breakfast outside, choose Park. For being right by the sea, a pool bar, and breakfast overlooking the water, go for Sea Palace. Both have great beds, a small fridge, and a tea and coffee maker. Some rooms have a bath, most have a shower. There’s great technogym equipment, and in high season there’s yoga, water aerobics, and an excellent sauna with an indoor pool. One thing to know: every year the hotel hires new staff just out of hotel school. Please be patient if they don’t know right away how to meet your expectations. They’re there to learn and serve you. Some staff have been there for years, including the lifeguard, restaurant manager, a few people at the front desk, and some kitchen staff and cleaners. Special thanks and respect to Antonio at the front desk for outstanding hospitality and making a customer feel so welcome. And thank you to the rest of the staff too.

We stayed two nights on a friend’s recommendation and really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. We loved the pool and gym, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. There are lovely coves within walking distance, and reception staff were very friendly. Special thanks for the complimentary cava. A very pleasant place that we’d happily recommend!

The warm welcome, professionalism, and generosity from Mhamed at reception made our stay extra special. We were also pleasantly surprised with a lovely gift for our second wedding anniversary, which made it even more memorable. The location was perfect, the food delicious, and the service outstanding. Everything was perfect. Excellent hotel, highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back! 💙💙💙

Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of tasty choices for different tastes. My boyfriend and I were both very happy with our stay and came away with lovely memories. We'd gladly stay here again.
