Europe Playa Marina - Adults only

The sea-view room was lovely, and the atmosphere among guests was pleasant and quiet, which made this a good choice for travelling alone. Staff were friendly, and breakfast had just about everything you could want. My favourite part was being able to swim away from the crowds and public beaches. The sea is deep there, so it's better for confident swimmers, though there's also a small shallow bay. Sandy public beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. The pool and sea area suited me perfectly. Bus 4 goes from the hotel to central Palma, where you can connect to other towns and beaches around the island. I explored further and loved it, though the trip takes a while, depending on what you're looking for. There are also a few supermarkets nearby. I really enjoyed both the hotel and the island.

I was first placed in a noisy room near the elevator at the end of the corridor, but reception moved me to a quiet one the next day. That made a big difference and let me rest and enjoy the rest of my vacation. The reception team is available 24/7 and handled my needs professionally. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of food and drinks to choose from. The waiters and chefs were polite, professional and clearly cared about their work. Everything tasted good and was clean, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. Housekeeping kept everything clean and regularly replenished soap, toilet paper and other essentials. The hotel is right by the sea and has a private, safe beach. We'd love to come back.

The water views were stunning, and the restaurant on the ground floor was great for both its food and staff. Our room was nice, but an ant problem in the bathroom and a mixed experience with front desk staff brought things down. I also got stung by a jellyfish, as did several other people on the deck during our stay. More warning signs about jellyfish would be helpful.

The pool and sea access were great, and the staff were very attentive. Our room was okay, with a side view of the ocean from the sea-view apartment facing the little hotel beach. I had hoped for a direct ocean view, though maybe my expectations were too high. The first night there was no air conditioning, but they fixed it the next day. The cleaning seemed to mean just making the bed. The pizza at the bar is frozen, so I wouldn't recommend it, despite the elevator ads. I'd still come back, even with those downsides.
