Kimpton Aysla Mallorca by IHG

The sauna, pool, and gym were all in great shape, never felt too crowded, and we used them pretty much every day. Even better, the staff were wonderful throughout. They were always nearby and helpful without ever making us feel like a bother. Eduardo, the manager, seemed to be everywhere, checking that things were going well and making us feel looked after. He really made the stay. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Our honeymoon at Kimpton Aysla Mallorca was just what we hoped for. The place felt peaceful and stylish, with lovely views, and everything was spotless and well maintained. It was such a relaxing setting for celebrating. We felt cared for from the minute we arrived. Eduardo, Laura, Lisa, Valeria, Juliese, Toni, Toni, and Mai were all warm, professional, and so kind. They made us feel at home and added personal touches that made the trip unforgettable. We couldn't have picked a better honeymoon destination. We'd recommend it to anyone after comfort, luxury, and great service in Mallorca, and can't wait to return.

The restaurant staff were attentive and caring, and the food was delicious. We had breakfast there every day and dinner a couple of times. The gym was well equipped, and we enjoyed relaxing at the hotel as much as exploring Mallorca. It takes about 20 minutes to reach central Palma, so a car or regular taxis are useful. That wasn't a problem for us. Laura and Junie were wonderful hosts at the daily social hour, made sure we had what we needed, and shared tips for getting the most out of our time on the island. Thanks to them, and to Toni and Lucas, for taking such good care of us. From check-in, when we were welcomed with local horchata, through to checkout, all the staff treated us like family. It was a first-rate stay and went beyond what we expected. We'll definitely come back.

The one letdown was service at breakfast and the pool club, which sometimes seemed inattentive and a little unprofessional. Still, I'd recommend the hotel. The design is appealing, the grounds are lovely, and everything was clean and well maintained. Check-in and checkout were excellent, and I've rarely had such a warm welcome. Service elsewhere was friendly, professional, and respectful.
