We cooked all our meals in the kitchen during the week, and it worked well enough. The layout is odd, with the living room serving as a second bedroom, though it's modular and the beds can be rearranged into couches. The location is fine and near Palma, with beaches within walking distance and lots of places to eat and drink late. It's a real party area, though, and things get loud when they're in full swing, even if the walls aren't thin. We had trouble with the entry code, but after calling the owner we were given a key. The hvc was faulty too, but they brought a new remote the next day and fixed it easily. The balcony was littered. It wasn't too expensive and was worth the stay if you're okay with a DIY-style holiday.

I booked this for my son and his friends for a short August break. The reviews had me worried, but they wanted somewhere central and reasonably priced, so I went ahead. I was pleasantly surprised by the photos and videos he sent. He said the room was clean and spacious, there were no ants, which I'd feared after reading reviews, and they had no trouble checking in or out. I guess these things can come down to luck, but they had a good time without any problems, so I wanted to share that.

The apartment was nice and clean when we arrived, but the bathroom and shower smelled awful, possibly from the sewers. We were there for only two nights. Someone left cheese on our door, and on the second night a man entered our double-locked room at 3:30am. I don't know whether they have CCTV, which is worrying, and the host didn't help. They said they couldn't find anything and showed no empathy. This was frightening, and getting no help from the host made me feel I had to write this. We spent a lot for a short stay, and I hate leaving bad reviews, but please be careful. I hope they change their ways and listen to customers. God forbid we'd stayed longer than two nights. Please be safe.
