Hotel ROC Oberoy - Adults only

The place was kept clean and tidy, with the rooms cleaned every day, and the food had such a good range that we often went back for seconds. The staff were so friendly and clearly put a lot of work into keeping the hotel in good shape. It also suited us well being a short walk from the beach, shops, and places to eat. One small gripe, the beds were two singles and seemed to roll apart from each other 😂

We loved relaxing by the pool and in the laid-back common areas after being out for the day. The room was roomy and comfortable, and breakfast and dinner were tasty with lots of options. Staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming, and the whole hotel was very clean. It’s also in a handy spot for exploring, with restaurants, shops, and public transport close by. My friend and I spent a week here and had a great time. We’d come back.

The pool area was lovely and well looked after, and both the food and the very clean rooms and facilities made our stay feel easy. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and they made us feel at home. We were completely happy with the stay and would recommend it to anyone after a relaxing holiday. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. Our room was spotless every day. We also appreciated being able to shower before our airport transfer on the last day. The location is handy for the beach and main streets, though the neighborhood feels very touristy and short on local character. The bar had a decent selection and was a nice place to spend the evening, but breakfast was the same each morning of our 10-day stay, so it got repetitive even though the food itself was fine. Some parts of the hotel feel dated and worn, both in the rooms and common areas, and could use a light update. For a four-star place, it also seemed odd to pay extra for the in-room safe and sauna, with no gym available. At the pool you can buy drinks and snacks, but you’re not allowed to bring your own, even bottled water. Hotel Oberoy gave us a solid stay, especially thanks to the staff and cleanliness, but it doesn’t quite feel like a four-star hotel yet. A few updates would help.
