Getting around was easy, with the hotel close to the attractions we wanted to see and a bus stop just steps away. The reception team made us feel at home and at ease from check-in through checkout. When we asked to change rooms, Luna handled it warmly and professionally. The new room was ready with anniversary gifts, a lovely surprise that made the occasion more special. We also had a beautiful, calming view from the window. Leonardo Boutique Hotel took good care of us, and we highly recommend it for its location and service.

We had a lovely long weekend here. The area was quiet, and the room and bed were comfortable. A great beach and restaurants were less than a 10-minute walk away, and Palma was about 15-20 minutes by taxi. The receptionist working Saturday night and Sunday day, 18-19th October, was especially friendly and helpful. He came up to sort out the TV and helped with a few things at checkout. Would recommend!

A convenient base for exploring the area, and it was easy to get to Puerto Portals. My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff were professional, very friendly, and always ready to help. I was really happy with the service and the value for money, and would choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

The building was easy to find, felt safe where it was located, and had parking available. Everything was nicely presented, and the staff were so warm and friendly. We were really grateful for the room upgrade for our wedding anniversary. The room was lovely, and we had a very pleasant few nights' rest. One staff member also recommended a wonderful restaurant that the locals liked, which was a real treat.

We had a fantastic few days, especially around the beautiful pool area, with its comfortable loungers and chairs. The staff were excellent across the board. Fernando was great when we arrived, and the lovely woman at the pool bar, with brown shoulder-length hair, was wonderful too. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. The Saturday night receptionist even went out of his way to get us almond cake when we returned to the hotel late. Thank you.
