The stairs up and down to the resort were a lot, and we wouldn’t return because of them. If you’re fit and active, they may not be a problem. The hotel itself was good, with a great pool and fantastic lifeguard, but our room wasn’t cleaned once during the week, even after we told reception twice. We had to keep asking for fresh towels and bed sheets. The pool and bar both shut at 6 pm, which was disappointing. We’d normally have food and drinks by the pool until at least 8 pm. There were also three stag parties while we were there, with lots of very drunk men around the pool shouting and swearing. It wasn’t very family friendly. I think it should be a family hotel or a group booking hotel, not both.

The pool bar had a good selection, reasonable prices, and decent food. Our one-bedroom flat was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a great balcony. The pool was perfect and not too busy during our mid-July stay. As other reviews mention, the stairs from the beach up to the hotel are long and hard work, but manageable for us. They did mean the hotel had a bit of breathing room away from the crowds. Great value for money. We’d stay again and recommend it to families and couples.

It’s really disappointing that the pool is only open from 10 am to 6 pm, and they rope off the area after closing. In 30-degree heat, I wanted to use it later in the day too. That would stop me booking this hotel again, which is a shame.

We had a bad smell as soon as we entered the room, and the fridge was really noisy. The mattress was as hard as the floor. At night, we couldn’t help joining the neighbors’ party from 2 am until 4 am. There are also a lot of stairs between the beach and the hotel. Not recommended unless it’s free.
