Zafiro Palace Palmanova

We had a really relaxing break, with a peaceful setting for couples even though families and children were around. The oasis pool is an adults-only area with sunbeds, and there were enough available that we could find one around 11 without getting up at a silly hour. The whole site was spotless, thanks to staff working hard around the clock. There's a good choice of restaurants with great food, including options my vegetarian wife enjoyed. You can also get takeaway food at the pool bar each day, or eat at the restaurant by another pool. Drinks are available all day, from cocktails to local beer and spirit mixers. I used the well-stocked hotel gym daily and managed my usual workouts with a little planning. If you're lucky enough to be club, you can order food and drinks to your sunbed, with a staff member there all day. The staff were so helpful, and thanks especially to Hanna, who made our restaurant evening special. We're already looking forward to another visit.

We felt safe and relaxed here, even when our three-year-old ran off and did what toddlers do. She had a great time, and we loved the family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel arranged bed guards and lent us a pram, and it’s very close to the beach. October weather was lovely too :-) It's a smart all-inclusive resort that works really well for young families. The children's facilities are excellent, and the swim-up suites are worth paying extra for. Nereia at the kids pool and Nuria at guest services were especially friendly and helpful.

We stayed in October with our two-year-old and were pleasantly surprised by the pools with warm salt water, especially on the rainy days. The hotel is lovely, the food is good, and the service was great everywhere. Kids' entertainment was good too. We also tried the spa, where the specialists were very professional. Thanks for the great service and quality 🙏🏽

From the back gate, it's less than a five-minute walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious, even the “standard” Junior suite I had, with a king bed, a big terrace, and a soaking tub. The hotel looks small when you first arrive, but the main lobby opens onto stairs leading down to three main pools, loungers, and the rooftop. Everything was well kept. I had lunch at the pool restaurant, where it was table service rather than takeaway, and the food was fresh and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also very nice, with fresh eggs, breads, pastries, and fruit. I was impressed by this place.
