The quoted dog supplement was €35 per dog per stay for cleaning. With two small dogs and a two-night stay, that would have meant another €70, which seemed clearly disproportionate. I raised the concern politely and thoughtfully, but got only a curt “Thank you very much for your feedback, we will take it into account,” with no explanation or interest in the customer. It left me with the impression that the fee was meant to discourage guests from bringing pets instead of providing a pet-friendly service. The experience was disappointing before we even arrived. Because of the lack of empathy and customer service, we decided not to stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting a few days away with their pet.

It's a welcoming, comfortable place, and the setting is really pleasant. The staff are super friendly, the service is excellent, and the quality exceeded my expectations. We had a great time with the family, right by the slopes. Everything was spotless, and I'd definitely recommend it. I plan to come back soon!

Our family spent a few days there and had a really nice time. Cell phone reception is barely available, which makes it a great escape from the city's bustle. The rooms were clean and well kept, and sledding at the nearby slopes was fantastic. Totally recommend it! 🤩👍🤩

The cabins are fantastic, spotless, and very well cared for. Our dogs are thrilled, and so are we. We've been here for 10 days and it's been a perfect stay. Marina and her colleagues are lovely, incredibly attentive, and always ready to help with anything we need. Thank you for everything!
