Alert, be careful, there are thieves, and I believe staff are involved. We checked in yesterday and spotted a shirt in the trees behind the balcony, which seemed like a sign of which unit to target. Some balcony doors don’t close. We took our valuables with us and put our documents in the safe, since there wasn’t anything valuable to leave behind. Someone still came into the apartment while we were out for the evening. Our luggage locks had been reset. When we got back, the door key also didn’t work, which was convenient for the thieves too. Theft seems to be ongoing here. Do not book this place.

We stayed for 7 nights in a spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed, including a coffee machine. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the area was quiet. There’s parking, and it works well as a base for driving around Seville and Andalusia. If you don’t have a car, there’s a bus stop nearby, though buses aren’t very frequent. If you like walking, a more frequent stop is about 20 minutes away. A shopping center with a supermarket is close by, and the large Carrefour is around a 30-minute walk or 10-minute drive.

We only stayed one night, but had everything we needed. There’s free parking, and it’s a good choice if you’re traveling by car. The city centre isn’t too far away.

It was impossible to sleep. People in other rooms were partying in the middle of the night, talking loudly and yelling, as if they were drunk or something, disturbing the rooms on the same floor. The apartment walls seemed very thin, with poor sound isolation, and the whole situation left us feeling unsafe. The people at the hotel reception were nice, but did nothing to stop the disturbance.
