UPDATE 21.10.2025, after the Hotel Manager’s reply: The manager says the hotel doesn’t advertise itself as five-star, but both its website and Google Maps say otherwise, as shown in the screenshot. The website and booking platforms also don’t say that the spa and fitness facilities have to be booked in advance, again as shown in the screenshot. Even if that information is mentioned somewhere, it should be pointed out at check-in. Better still, the hotel could email guests before arrival to ask whether they want to reserve a time. The listing also says there are two restaurants, but we only saw one during our stay. Where’s the second? ORIGINAL REVIEW We stayed as a couple for five nights. The room had charm, a big comfortable bed, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast tasted good, though the portions and selection were a bit limited. Free public parking right outside was a big plus. Check-in felt disorganized, and no one clearly explained the facilities. You can only use the spa and gym if you book ahead, and then just for one hour a day. That wasn’t mentioned on the website. We couldn’t adjust the room temperature, our free water bottles weren’t refilled, and the bathrobes were far too small for men. I usually wear XL. It’s a nice base for exploring Campos and the south and east of Mallorca. But if you want to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities, it doesn’t feel like five-star service despite the label.

“Such a lovely find, peaceful and beautiful!” The service was outstanding. The night shift receptionist, whose name I’m sorry I can’t remember, was incredibly helpful, and the manager in the breakfast area was very kind too. The whole team was just great. The restaurant food was delicious, and the building has a wonderfully calm feel with lots of beautiful architectural details. Keep it up! As hotel guests, we don’t often come across this kind of service and genuine kindness anymore. We really appreciated it.

The poolside cocktails were great, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel itself is cozy, quiet, and pretty, with plenty of parking nearby. Still, we wouldn't return. Check-in took a very long time, and there were no vegan choices for lunch or dinner, with only one or two at breakfast. All the soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner contained honey. The bathtub was one reason we booked that room, but it was extremely uncomfortable. There was also a huge TV awkwardly shoved into a corner, and somehow no remote control.

Natalia deserves a special thank you. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome, with a level of service that really stood out. My wife and I spent five days at Sa Creu Nova, and the beautiful, peaceful hotel made the whole stay feel perfect.

Alice welcomed us and gave us some great ideas for beaches and places to visit. Breakfast was lovely, and having both buffet and à la carte choices was impressive. We could also book the spa just for our room, which made it feel extra special. There was a small problem with the room, but the staff sorted it out very quickly. A wonderful stay, and the area has some great authentic restaurants and cafes to check out. Thanks again!
