Apartaments Cal Noi

The location was lovely and peaceful, right across from the bus station, with a large park beside it. We rented the spacious apartment for all of May 2023 and had a wonderful time. It had a big balcony facing the street, and the price seemed excellent. We were keen to book it again the following year, but the price had gone up by more than half. The owner said the apartment was very nice and still a bargain at the amount he'd quoted. We hadn't negotiated at all; he chose the price, and we were happy with it. In the end, we didn't rent it again, and we won't use that company again.

The apartment was clean and centrally located, with a very comfortable double bed. The coffee maker and toaster were new, and the rest of the apartment was good. The sofa, though, was quite uncomfortable, and the paella pan was so old that you couldn't even make an omelet properly. There was no air conditioning, so in summer you have to open the windows and put up with street noise from the central location. It would also be nice if a cot were included instead of costing €10 per night. We brought one from home. I'd come back in colder weather, when we could keep the windows shut, and bring a paella pan with me.

The kitchen had everything we needed, despite comments I'd read saying it was missing things. The bathroom was great too, with a proper hairdryer that actually blows well. My partner and I had a great three-day stay. The room was very cramped, and the bed was hard with thin pillows. Honestly, the sofa bed was almost more comfortable.

The staff at Sant Roc were so kind and willing to sort things out when we needed a favor. The apartment itself was clean and very well kept, with comfortable beds and good rooms. One bedroom had 2 openings and the other had 1, and there was a television. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, cutlery, plates, toaster and microwave. There were 3 sofas and 6 openings in the dining room, plus a spectacular fireplace. The bathroom had both a shower and bathtub, along with the necessary things. It's just 1 minute from the center, and there was plenty of parking. The apartment and the people running it deserve 5 stars. We'll repeat, in my opinion.
