We had wonderful days here with our family, and both the adults and kids loved it. It's a special place to come back to: a beautifully remodeled traditional old house in the middle of an old village, with cozy rooms, a cozy restaurant, good food, and good wines. If you want a break from city bustle, come experience the traditional village and la Posada Casa de la Sal. Superb days!

The breakfasts at Casa de la Sal were very good, and the dinners were spectacular. Alberto, the owner, knew a lot about the places and cities we wanted to visit and was very helpful. The service was impeccable and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Casa de la Sal is the most charming, quaint boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and stay there, with Alberto as your guide. You'll remember it as your favorite vacation ever. I do.

This felt like a little piece of heaven, and Luis was a wonderful host. We especially enjoyed breakfast after a really good night's sleep in a super comfortable bed. We'd absolutely come back.
