Complejo Camping La Mata

We were in our own tent, so I can’t comment on the rooms or tents they provide. The location is amazing for a family break, and we loved our stay.

The pitches are shady and kept in good shape. It’s a lovely location beside a beautiful stream where you can wild swim, and the site is small, clean, and well cared for. The staff are kind and attentive.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the price seemed fair for a good spot near the river, with walks along it for as long as you like. The toilets and showers were clean and hot, and it felt Covid safe. There’s some work going on, so you hear machinery during the day, but it stops by 6 pm.

✔ The morning and afternoon staff were very friendly, and the place was always clean. Each camper had their own large parcel, which was great. ❌ People didn’t stick to the quiet hours, from midnight to 8 am. There was supposedly someone meant to do rounds, but nobody asked people to keep it down. Some nights we could only get to sleep around 2 am.
