A lovely place with lots of light and a great location. The owner is great too, and it feels like being at home.

Ana, the owner, was really friendly and kind. It's the cheapest hostel, and it delivers what it promises, just like the photos. I came with my 6-year-old daughter, and it was warm and very clean. My parents brought their dog, and Ana left them a little treat each day, which was great.

The value for money is unbeatable, and the owner is very nice. I'd definitely return.

The air conditioning was a relief during the heatwave, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend this hostel or stay again. We were there from Friday to Sunday for €90 total, and the whole experience left a lot to be desired. The constant noise made it hard to sleep. Street sounds came through even with the window and patio door shut, and we could also hear noises inside the hostel. The bed creaked and shifted with the slightest movement, so a good night's sleep was difficult. There was only one bath towel for two people in a double room, which made no sense. Check-in was unpleasant too. The Booking.com app said payment was required in advance, so I assumed it had already been charged. When I tried to check the amount on my phone before paying again, the owner rudely interrupted us, brought out the card reader, entered the amount herself, and insisted we pay, saying she hadn't processed the charge yet. Her manner was extremely unprofessional.

At least the TV and air conditioning worked. The place itself was neglected and the staff incredibly unpleasant. The front door is so old the lock sometimes doesn't even close, and the other doors are ancient too. The toilet was dry, the hand soap empty, the blinds creaked and got stuck, and the only piece of furniture in the room was broken. One light was burned out. The walls were paper thin, so we could hear everything from inside and outside the accommodation. There were ants in the wardrobe, and the sheets and towels were stained all over, even if they may have been scented. The mattress was disgusting to lie on and left my whole body itching; it was hard, and the pillows felt like sheets of paper. Cleaning was superficial too, with dust and straw wrappers under the bed. I've seen homeless shelters with better care and treatment than this dump.
