The town is beautiful and the people are so friendly. I still think back on this hostel with a lot of affection. I went there for summer camp in 2001, when I was just 17, and those were the best days of my life. It felt cozy and comfortable, and the food was really good too. I had to leave a review after all those memories came back. It'll always have a place in my heart 💖✨

We first found this place while looking for somewhere to celebrate my daughter's communion, and had such a lovely time there. This was our second visit, and once again the service was wonderful. The setting is beautiful, with spaces indoors and outside. When we heard they ran camps, we signed up my oldest son's class, who had missed out on their end-of-year trip. The kids came back from their wonderful week full of stories. They had a blast and talk about the counselors like friends, calling them by name :) I had the usual worries about leaving them without us for a week, but now I know it was the best thing I could have done. Huge thanks to the organizers for taking such good care of them.

I've had some lovely stays here over the years, for a baptism, a communion, a wedding, and a few days of fun and rest with family and friends. It's a charming place in a quiet, welcoming village. The facilities are spotless, the staff are wonderful, and the price is very affordable. Waking early and seeing all that greenery out the window brings a real sense of peace and connection with nature. Our stays have always been satisfying. For a communion, we were even able to hire activity leaders who were incredibly friendly. We'll keep coming back.

The food was so good, and everything was spotless, with all the disinfection and hygiene measures in place. Our room was lovely, a beautiful double room that was super clean. I went with some friends for a few days, and we'd do it again a thousand times. The natural spaces and feeling of being close to nature are amazing. There was freedom, peace, and quiet in every corner of the hostel, plus incredible nighttime views of the castle. 100% recommend it for a family or friends' getaway.
