I wasn't expecting it to be this nice. The staff were super friendly, and the place seemed newly renovated and was very clean. There are nice views too. A pleasant extra was finding a fridge in the room, which turned out to be a double with a 20-foot balcony. I'm really enjoying the stay and love the area, which reminds me of a mix of southern Spain and the Teneriffe islands. They hadn't mentioned the pool out back or the very good restaurant downstairs. The only things keeping me from giving five stars are the lack of an elevator and AC, though in this area you can manage without AC.
