We had a really peaceful glass of wine on the veranda, with beautiful views from this quiet spot and its nice balcony. The location is gorgeous, and breakfast was excellent. The veal we ordered had a lot of fat, though. We had a great stay and would have stayed longer if we’d had the time.

We stayed for two nights during an Inntravel walking holiday, and the hotel exceeded what we expected. Our room had a balcony and amazing views, with a luxurious feel. The staff were welcoming and professional, and we really enjoyed the three-course dinners and excellent wine. They also make fantastic picnics if you order one. The pool looks beautiful, but it was very cold for swimming in October. We’d happily come back.

We found this place by chance while driving towards Cannes and Monte Carlo, and only booked one night. I wish we’d planned longer, and we’ll be back. The hotel has a spectacular view and a peaceful feel, with friendly staff who paid attention to the details. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was lovely. Our room had everything, including a balcony, a huge comfortable bed, a whirlpool tub, a great shower, and access to the sports facilities and pools. One small confession: I accidentally took one of the hotel’s key cards with me. I’ll mail it back sometime this month, and I’m sorry! Come here if you want to feel happy and rested.

The location is perfect, but the price of more than 300€ doesn’t feel right for this hotel. To me, it isn’t a four-star experience, and I’d advise against booking half board unless the hotel can provide more variety. Customers should be told that a one-night stay may be a better choice. We booked a suite for three people and expected a great room with a view. The room wasn’t shown on the website, and the bathroom didn’t have a nice view. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the extra bed was only suitable for a child, even though we’d asked about it beforehand. I didn’t consider it a suite. We’d planned to stay eight nights but left after two. Breakfast was okay, though not what I’d expect from a four-star hotel. We had half board from Sunday through the following Monday. The menu offered five starters, five mains, and five desserts, but it didn’t change during the week. The fish, meat, and chicken mains came with the same sides, so the meals felt repetitive. When I raised this, they didn’t understand what I meant. The next day I asked for more information and was told the menu stayed the same all week, and that she would speak to the manager. No one got back to us on Monday evening, so we ordered à la carte. The food was good, but there still wasn’t much variety. The next day’s meal had a different meat, but the rest was the same. The manager still hadn’t responded and wasn’t at the hotel. When we decided to leave and asked for the bill, we were charged for half board as well as Monday evening’s à la carte dinner. I think the manager was behind me as we left, but he didn’t say anything.
