There’s free parking on site, and the front desk staff speak Spanish, English, German, French, and Italian. We enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful breakfast selection and the well-kept pool area. Just be aware that Cala Gat isn’t at the hotel or even visible from it. You have to walk along the road and then go around the corner to reach it.

The service from Maria, Antonia, Tania, and the rest of the team, along with the wonderful range of food at breakfast and dinner, really made our stay special. A big thank you to everyone at Hotel Cala Gat. We can’t wait to return. This was easily the best hotel of our three-week holiday on Mallorca. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. We were in a room facing the little garden, the road down to the beach, and the pine forest opposite. Other rooms look over the restaurant or pool. Our room was nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed, a lovely balcony with a table, chairs, and drying rack, and a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a bidet, which I loved. We never had trouble finding a sunbed by the pool, so there was no need to save one with a towel before breakfast. A small beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, though it gets very crowded in high season and on weekends. The hotel is a little outside Cala Ratjada, so it’s quiet, and there’s a lovely promenade from the beach into town.
