Guya Wave

The room was comfortable, with a balcony and a nice view. I had a great three-night stay, and the beach is an easy ten-minute walk away. Breakfast was good every day. Thanks to Mr Ralf for making us feel welcome!

During our five days there, we couldn't get internet access in the room, which was a major inconvenience. We reported it to Reception several times, but it was never fixed. They didn't offer us another room or any compensation or gesture of goodwill. The staff's lack of concern and response was frustrating, especially when internet access matters so much these days. Choosing this hotel turned out to be a mistake. We expected much better service and left dissatisfied.

The rooms are okay, but the service staff are the best. Thanks to Mr. Evans for welcoming us so warmly at night. We had some nice chats with him, and I think he's one of the best people they could have on staff.

The dinners were so good that, for the first time, we looked forward to eating at the hotel every night. There was a different kind of fish each day, freshly cooked meats and vegetables that looked great. I'd rather have fewer dishes made well, and the paellas were very good too. The whole place exceeded our expectations, and I'd definitely recommend it. We spent ten great days there in September. We'd arrived from a five-star hotel, but Guya Wave felt like an upgrade. The staff made us feel at home and put a lot of effort into keeping guests happy. Our friends and we were given a free upgrade to a huge apartment. The interiors all seemed to have been renovated recently, and we had no problems at all. Best wishes to all the staff, especially Ralph, from your Polish friends.
