The pool area was cozy and looked great, even though the pool itself wasn’t very big. The shower was pleasant, and the location worked well for us: the nearby streets aren’t especially scenic, with quite a few old, run-down houses, but they’re fairly quiet. The promenade, harbor, and beach are beautiful and about a 10-15 minute walk away. Fresh fruit was nice, and the chocolate rolls and croissants were tasty when they came straight from the oven. I stayed at Chevy Hotel for eight days. The bed was hard and unsteady, the room was noisy because of poor sound insulation, and the weak hairdryer was barely usable. The safe cost extra. Most of the front desk staff seemed unfriendly, as if they didn’t want to be there, though one woman, I think her name was Judith, was an exception. Breakfast didn’t have enough variety and some of it wasn’t good. The room cleaning was imprecise too: the floor wasn’t clean enough and they didn’t clean the toilet every day. It’s all right if you get a good price, just don’t expect too much.

The pool was nice, and the pool bar was affordable. But the room was small, with no balcony or fridge, and using the safe would have cost extra. The larger beaches were too far away.

We had a great two-day stay in Ratjada. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The food was delicious, especially dinner, which had a good variety.

The only thing I didn’t like was that children came some days, I think from the neighborhood rather than hotel guests, and made a lot of noise in the pool. We’ll come back to visit you. Otherwise, everything was really lovely, in a perfect location for everything, with a very youthful atmosphere. The value for money is perfect, so don’t change a thing. Breakfast and dinner were great and had lots of variety. Drinks were included too, wine, beer, water, and more, and they were very reasonably priced. Trust me, nothing was missing. I’ll definitely return.

The pool area had a nice vibe, and the staff were friendly. Our room was really clean and pleasant. Breakfast had a wide selection, and dinner did too, especially if you like seafood.
