The staff are what make this hotel. Everyone, from reception and the Director to the cleaning and kitchen teams, was helpful and flexible, and made us feel at home. The food was very good, and the hotel is right beside the beach in a pleasant, relaxing area. I highly recommend Hotel Clumba.

The room wasn’t very clean, and the staff weren’t very nice. Breakfast was nowhere near normal, there was practically nothing at the buffet. I also asked for orange juice and was told I had to pay, even though it was supposed to be included in my all-inclusive stay. And the fish was disgusting. I don’t understand how this place has a four-star rating. Please avoid it.

We had a great experience and will definitely come back. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, spoke good English, and welcomed us with champagne. They asked what time we’d be checking out and prepared breakfast for us. Housekeeping did a very good job too. Our sea-view room was amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location right beside the beach is perfect. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far.
