Friendly, attentive staff gave us good service, and the food was very good value for money.

We ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to stay, which meant losing the cost of this booking and paying more for another place. There had to be a serious reason to spend an afternoon searching for new accommodation. We arrived Sunday afternoon to a deplorable apartment: the shower tray and screen had a brown crust, the bathroom light barely worked, and the mirror light was out because its switch was broken. The fridge shelves were cloudy with dirt, the freezer door was missing, and the microwave, greasy ceramic hob, washing machine, dishes, and cutlery were all dirty. There were crumbs on the living room table, too. The terrace door locks were broken, and someone could get onto the terrace from a stairwell window with a small ladder or stool, then easily enter the apartment. There was no one at reception on Sunday, so we called the number we were given at 5 PM. We waited hours without a response and left. They finally replied on WhatsApp at 10:30 p.m. The next day, after cleaning, they sent a message and video trying to convince us it had been that clean when we arrived, and said there was no reason to refund us. When we went in person to ask what had happened and return the keys, the apartment had indeed been cleaned and the bathroom light replaced, though the patio door was still broken. They apologized repeatedly and didn't dare deny having cleaned it, but still refused to return our money. If we'd found it in that condition, we wouldn't have left. I imagine they'll say we're lying or exaggerating, perhaps sharing the video or photos taken after the cleanup. That could all have been avoided. Everyone can draw their own conclusions.

The service was excellent, and the apartment has a good location and decent size, but there's plenty to fix. It was easy to park and walk to the city center. Inside, though, it smelled of tobacco and sewage, and the cleaning was poor, with dirty corners, a moldy bathtub, and burned-out bulbs. The beds and furniture were very old, as were the bedspreads, which looked awful and seemed as if they hadn't been washed in a long time. The sofa had stains, both the kitchen and shower faucets were half-broken, and there wasn't enough kitchenware. It needs a proper renovation.

The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and spotless, with unbeatable views. One of my best experiences, thanks to the exceptional, unbeatable care from receptionists ROCIO and CLAUDIA.
