We really liked the countryside and the huge, well-kept house, with enough rooms for everyone in our group. We were there for a weekend with friends and children, and we're responsible adults. The problems came with the owner: she charged us more than the website price, and asked for the extra in cash. When we checked out, she blamed us for breaking the extractor fan, even though we hadn't used it, then kept part of our deposit to cover a replacement. We won't be coming back because of how incompetently this was handled.

We left the house tidy and hadn't caused any damage, and the stay itself was fine. The trouble came afterward: the owner said there was a fault but gave us no clear technical report. After we pushed, we got an invoice with no details we could verify, and most of our deposit was kept without a transparent explanation or a chance to respond. It's a shame, since the surroundings are beautiful and the house has potential. From the start, though, we were met with suspicion and warnings despite being a responsible adult group. The management and service left us very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a calm stay without conflict.

The surroundings are lovely, and the place has potential, but our experience was a letdown. We were treated with distrust from the start. The smoke extractor had stopped working on day one, yet when we left they blamed us for the breakdown. We should have taken photos, but frying food for two meals can't possibly burn out an extractor. Most of the deposit was held back, with an unclear invoice and no transparency. The management and customer service were really poor.

The house and its green surroundings are lovely, but the kitchen needs attention. There are just three frying pans, one dish towel, no salt or sugar, and the refrigerator is broken. I hope this is taken in the helpful spirit intended, but the cookware and tableware really could be improved.
