They charged us for something we never got. I tried to change our stay because of coronavirus, but no one replied, so we had to pay anyway. They should be ashamed.

The location was spectacular, and the beds were really comfortable. The outdoor spaces also had several different settings to enjoy. We went with friends, and although the facilities were a little neglected, any problems we raised were handled quickly. A few days before arrival, they should have checked that everything was in order, especially at this time of year. There isn’t enough signage, which made finding the place harder at night. You’ll also need a flashlight or your phone light to get to the upper apartment. Still, recommended.

The location, views, surroundings, and outdoor facilities are wonderful. We still had a great time, and I hope management takes note of the issues because the place could be a real paradise with better upkeep. Inside the houses, cleaning and maintenance were poor, with a strong musty smell and little ventilation. There were unpleasant surprises, like cold water in the shower, having to sweep, a dishwasher or fridge that didn’t work, and a bug in the house. It has so much potential, but needs better care.
