We found the kitchen disappointing for somewhere described as fully equipped. There was a hob and microwave, but no oven or even a bread knife. The water heater also couldn’t supply enough hot water for four people to shower each morning. On arrival, there was a cockroach in the kitchen, and weeds had taken over the patio. Several light switches didn’t work either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic four weeks and found the place spacious, comfortable, with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. For longer stays, the kitchen could use a few more things to make cooking easier. We had to ask for an iron and ironing board, and Wi-Fi access really is a must these days. A folder with information about the area would be useful for guests who haven’t visited before. We’ve been before, so didn’t need one. Hope this helps, and we hope to come back in late September.

We really loved our stay. The villa was amazing, and our host was just as lovely, always happy to help with anything. I’d highly recommend the place.
