A lovely place, with incredible beaches of fine sand.

Good evening. I’m writing about Rafael, the administrator. I’ve called several times to ask about the complex, and he’s always in a meeting, laughing at the neighbors. There are countless complaints about him, and I don’t understand why he has this role, handling the money and managing our community. He’s incompetent and shameless. When something needs doing, he makes promises but takes no action, while doing whatever he wants. Neighbors have also confirmed that he stops answering when you call again. Truly disgraceful.
