The gardens and pool are beautiful, and the whole development feels peaceful and relaxed. The beach, restaurants, and shops are easy to get to. A real gem, well worth a visit.

Casares Beach second phase offers apartments and penthouses in a gated, private complex with 24-hour security. It sits in Casares bay, west Marbella, within easy walking distance of the beach and next to Doña Julia Golf Resort. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, doctors, and other services are nearby and open year-round, making it an option for a main home or a Costa del Sol holiday place. The three blocks have just three storeys each and overlook the central swimming pool, which is lit at night, as well as the gardens and communal paddle court. The pool area has a dressing area. Homes range from garden units with direct pool access to spacious middle-floor apartments and penthouses with unobstructed 360º sea views. The homes have bright, airy living spaces, large terraces and/or private gardens, marble floors, fully equipped kitchens with Bosch appliances, air conditioning throughout, hot tub baths, fitted bathrooms and wardrobes, utility rooms, gas installation, video entry, safes, and alarms. Penthouses also have built-in BBQs. Each home includes one or two underground parking spaces and a storage unit. The complex is described as having exceptional quality and prices that are truly incomparable. The gardens and pool are lovely and everything is very well maintained. It’s a fantastic complex in a great location. I walked to the beach in 10 minutes and to Sabinillias in 15.
