We had a good breakfast and dinner, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The staff were friendly, and our room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and good WiFi. The hotel sits in a lovely spot. The pool looked inviting, but it was much too cold to swim while we were there.

I was left covering the loss myself after the hotel declined both responsibility and a refund. A scammer had my name, stay dates, and total bill, then tricked me into paying €144 twice through a fake payment request. I told the hotel straight away, and they acknowledged there had been similar fraud attempts, but their response and support were still very disappointing for a 3-star establishment.

We spent four nights there and had a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The place is right among hiking trails, with routes suited to bikes, mountain bikes, gravel riding, and walking. Our room was very clean, the service was good, and the staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good too, and we enjoyed the pub.

The reception guy was really helpful and talked us through things to do in the area with our very young kids. We don't speak any Catalan, but he didn't make us feel awkward about it. My family and I stayed for two nights, and the hotel was lovely, with a breathtaking view. The pool is huge and very clean, and our room was quiet and clean too. The restaurant was top quality. I've read some bad reviews and don't know why, but we're honestly planning to come back next year while we're travelling. Highly recommended.

The surroundings are gorgeous, and the hotel itself is pretty and comfortable. The staff were really kind and helpful, and breakfast was very good. I loved the place.
