Hotel NM Suites by Escampa Hotels

We'd definitely come back. The staff were so helpful and always cheerful, the rooms were excellent, and the location was great. Breakfast was worth paying for, though the pool wasn't very warm yet. They were also fine with me bringing my bike into the room, no problem at all. This is my favorite hotel at Platja d Aró.

We came back after two years, and the improvement in quality is incredible. The food they serve now is several levels better, and waiting to eat has gone from an hour and a half to almost no wait. The staff are even nicer, too. Well done, keep it up!

I booked half board and tried several of the à la carte dinner options. They were all tasty and high quality. The sea is less than five minutes away, and there's a small outdoor pool. The rooms and beds were much more comfortable than I expected, and the reception staff were always kind and helpful.

Last summer, my family and I were attacked over a seat by the swimming pool. A dog hit and bit us. Hotel staff watched without trying to help, then refused to remove the people who attacked us, despite seeing the whole incident. We moved to another hotel so we wouldn't be attacked again. We received no monetary compensation, even weeks after contacting the corporation that runs the hotel. The trip left us with a terrible memory. No matter how good a hotel might be, you need to be able to trust the staff to help when your safety and well-being are at stake.
