There was no room service, and no one was available to help with the heating or even bring a basic blanket. The room heater didn’t work, and the bed only had sheets despite it being 12 degrees outside. A completely unacceptable experience.

The hotel looks good from outside, but it’s cheap in feel and the rooms are poor quality, with lots of broken things. The shower head won’t stay in place or direct water onto me properly, and the window handle is broken. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The remote check-in was friendly and easy, and the room was clean with everything we needed for a comfortable night. My toddler and I even walked to the beach for a swim and spent time at the playgrounds. There are good restaurants nearby too. We took a Cabify from the airport at a fair price, and this worked really well for our layover. I highly recommend it.

I booked this hotel recently and it’s easily the best one I’ve stayed in. The staff were so friendly, and being able to reach someone on WhatsApp around the clock was amazing. I’d highly recommend it for a vacation!

The beach is about a five-minute walk away, and the grocery store is a 30-minute walk. Getting to the airport took around 10 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by bus. It’s a quiet spot that feels more local and much cleaner than Barcelonetta. The little hotel is off the beaten path but still close to everything, and the air conditioning in the room was a real pleasure. Thanks for a great stay!
