The welcome drink was a very nice glass of red wine, a thoughtful way to recognise me as an ALL Gold member. I was impressed with how they handled my loyalty benefits, and the friendly staff made check-in seamless. The lobby and "Start Me Up" lounge are good places to relax. I stayed last night and found the hotel fresh and modern, with vibrant red accents and quirky decor that felt more inviting than a standard budget hotel. Its location is handy for getting around: there’s a Carrefour nearby for supplies, and the train station is a short walk away. I reached Barcelona Sants in about 25 minutes. It was a great base for visiting the city, and I’d stay here again.

My daughter left her soft toy bunny behind, but they never found it, which was very sad for her. The room felt like a modern private hostel room. Staff at the front counter were friendly and helpful, and the location was fairly good, with a decent size shopping centre across the road and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores there too.

We were here for MWC Barcelona, and after a full day of work we sat in the common room with some snacks. Staff told us we couldn’t eat our own food there unless we ordered from the restaurant, even though this was the hotel lobby. They were vary rude and unfriendly. It was a completely horrible experience, and the hotel wasn’t worth the money. The staff need training.

The rooms were cosy, though nothing special, and the internet was a bit iffy at times. Still, I highly recommend the hotel. I went with my partner in summer, was treated very wonderfully, and thought the food selection was great.

The staff made my stay at Ibis Castelldefels feel especially welcoming. Andrea was extremely helpful, attentive and kind throughout my visit, and her professional, warm manner made a real difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and very convenient.
