We needed a proper rest and didn't get one. The mattress was good, but the TV can't be turned toward the bed and sits off to the side. Breakfast was very ordinary, with no quality items, from instant decaffeinated coffee to overcooked scrambled eggs and tortilla. There were poor details everywhere. The noise insulation is terrible. We heard a child crying in another room and could only sleep after the people next door went to bed, after listening to their bathroom noise too. There was a strong damp smell by the entrance, and it was even worse in one of the rooms they offered us. Everything seemed cheap, including the furniture, which looked like Leroy Merlin's cheapest range, the lights, and the doors. This has nothing of a boutique hotel about it. It used to be called Hotel Allioli, and the new name feels like a marketing manoeuvre. The neighborhood is just a commercial area, nothing special, though it's convenient for reaching interesting sites. Seventy euros would have been a fair price. At 200, it felt like a scam. I'd strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

We only stayed one night, and had a wonderful time. The people were great, the room was lovely, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had lots of different food, too. We really recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was a highlight, with an amazing selection and displays that looked like works of art. We also loved the cozy room and bathroom, all the decor, and the super comfortable bed. The windows and doors kept the sound out so well that we slept beautifully. The building itself is magnificent, with a lovely courtyard and outdoor seating. We happened to drive through town and only needed a place to sleep, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful that we felt at home right away. We'd highly recommend it to travelers.

We were traveling internationally, and the staff at Allioli helped make one of our coolest nights in Spain. The receptionist gave us great suggestions for how to spend time before dinner, and we ended up discovering the beautiful, quiet medieval town nearby. The room was incredible, and having a Nespresso machine for guests was one of my favorite details. I'd highly recommend Hotel Allioli if you're in costa brava.

Xevi was so attentive and friendly, and the receptionists were really helpful. The spa was amazing and very relaxing, and our room was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends. Thanks for such a great experience!
