We brought five dogs, and Rubén welcomed all of us without any trouble. He also suggested hiking routes and explained them really clearly. It’s a well-equipped, cool, comfortable place, ideal for families and for anyone wanting to relax and unwind. Thanks so much!

We had a bad experience. The property is a group of older houses with shared areas, and maintenance is poor. The access road is a dangerous dirt track in bad condition, with very poor signage. I’d paid in advance and check-in was from 1:00 PM, but the manager, Rubén, didn’t send the access codes by WhatsApp or email. He finally gave them to me by phone at 6:30 PM, when I was in an area with poor reception. When we suggested he improve how he sends the codes, he answered rudely. I’d recommend reading the other negative reviews Rubén has received from guests.

It’s a peaceful, quiet place for anyone looking for some calm. The rooms have well-kept antiques that make it feel like stepping back in time, but you still have all the comforts. Driving there is easier than it might seem.
