The building is clean and spacious, and it's very close to the port. There's paid parking nearby.

The cleaning was exceptional, and the accommodation is very close to both the beach and the tapas area. Highly recommended.

That attic room felt more like a cave, and for the price, it was shameful. The only real plus is the central location, close to everything. But the soundproofing is poor, so on a busy weekend with parties and activity outside, the noise is hard to escape. We got a fourth-floor attic room, with no elevator, no air conditioning, and barely any heating. It had an electric radiator that couldn't even warm five square meters. The ceiling is so low that the room seems suited to someone about 1.20 meters tall. You'd almost need a helmet to keep from banging your head. There was hardly any daylight either, just a 30x30cm window. The fridge was the usual tiny hotel mini-fridge, the shower was cramped, and the low ceiling was an issue there too. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

We slept well for two nights, and the apartment is very spacious, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay. The location is its best feature. The beach appears in just one photo, taken from the living room. From the balcony, which does have a good view, you see the port. Cleaning needs a lot of improvement. There was blush powder on my bedroom bedside table and dust that looked several days old. The sheets had been straightened but not changed. The back bedroom looks out onto other buildings' light wells, which isn't much of a view. The kitchenware is very basic, too. It seemed like the cleaners were rushing, and the owner doesn't check their work. When we arrived, there were popsicles in the freezer. We went out to eat, and they were gone when we got back. I don't think anyone should enter the apartment after the tenants have moved in. It doesn't give you much confidence or sense of security. There's a lot that needs improving.
