The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and the location overall is excellent. The rooms are roomy enough and pretty well kept, and the hostel has original decor. We also got very kind, attentive service. My only complaint is that breakfast is basic for the high price. There are some cafés nearby as an alternative.

The axolotls were the highlight: five in the reception area, two pink, two gray, and one pink baby. It's a very interesting, kitschy place, and the location is good. The shower had good water pressure, though its stall was very narrow. The AC was weak, but you can open the windows.

Beaches, restaurants, and cafes are right outside, since this small, delightful hotel is right in the town center. It's dog friendly, too. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was great, with lots of choices, though it costs extra. The colorful, quirky decor adds to its charm.

After a long day hiking, this was just what I needed. My room was clean and nice, and the host was welcoming, responsive, and really friendly. The place has been renovated nicely but still keeps its old charm, which made it feel especially cozy to me. It's around a 5-minute walk from the center and the harbor, with a supermarket just across the street. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. The only downside for me was that the price felt a little high.

The room was nice and had an original touch, but it felt a bit expensive for what it was. And don't be taken in by the "exelente desayuno". It's a scam, people have no shame! You'll get better value and quality at any nearby café.
