We had a good breakfast and the service was good, too. The room was fine apart from a somewhat dated bathroom, and it had a great view, with tea and coffee. The location made it easy to walk around town. Dinner was very good, though if we came again, we'd eat in the bar instead, as that menu looked fine. We booked this as a new place to stop before catching a ferry, and I'm glad we did. C.U. is a lovely place to visit, with a nice old town. We missed the castle and church because they reopened at 6.00pm and we were there in the afternoon, though they looked worth a visit. It's only 25 mins to Bilbao port.

We had a great breakfast, and Bilbao’s ferry port was about 25 minutes away, with Santander roughly an hour’s drive. The hotel is a lovely base for a walk along the seafront in either direction, with a beach, fishing port, restaurants, and bars nearby. Some rooms look out over Bilbao port. The staff we met were friendly and pointed out where to park.

The room was spotless and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff were so welcoming and generous, and they even let us park the motorbike for free. Best service I’ve had this year. I’d happily come back.

Bilbao’s center is about 30 minutes away. The hotel itself has good facilities, clean rooms, and a very good breakfast. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly.

After a long day trudging through the countryside, this was just right as a Camino stop. It’s very close to the beach and about ten minutes from the historic center. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were pleasant, and breakfast was decent, though nothing special. It’s a pretty typical Spanish hotel stay, nice enough that I’d recommend it and come back.
