We had great weather for trying some of the tracks around the parador, and there was wildlife and birds all around this beautiful setting. The staff were helpful and knew their stuff, and the food was good. Dogs are welcome, but can only be in your room or outside.

The scenery around this parador is superb, with plenty of places to stop for photos of the views and wildlife, including Fallow Deer and vultures. The staff are wonderful, as they are at every parador, and the food and wine were exceptional.

A great base if you enjoy hiking, and the setting is lovely. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Our room's air conditioning didn't work, though. The receptionist tried to sort it out but couldn't.

We stopped in for a drink before deciding whether to stay. The public rooms were immaculate, the setting was superb, and everyone on staff was friendly and obliging. There are lots of walks and trails nearby. But despite being listed as dog friendly, our small, well behaved dog could only go in our room, not on the terrace or around the grounds. They also require 20 euros a day and a 100 euro deposit.

Getting up to the Parador was a challenging drive, but the location was great once we got there. The rooms were just okay, and the aircon didn't work. Food was good, and there's a nice outdoor pool.
