The central location was convenient, but that was about the only good part. My stay at this hostel was a real letdown. The receptionist was unfriendly from the start, and whenever we asked for help, the replies were rude and useless. There was no window in the room, the fridge was unplugged and couldn't be used, and the shower had only cold water. Breakfast was among the poorest I've seen, just coffee, milk, Cola Cao, and little else. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The reception has a café corner with complimentary tea, infusions, coffee, fruit, biscuits, and magdalenas. This really is a fabulous hostel, almost more like a hotel. We arrived very early, but the room was ready and they let us in to leave our bags and freshen up. That may have been because it was out of season, so don't count on being accommodated if you arrive early. I checked the day before when I realized how early I'd be, and they replied that morning to say the room was ready and I could go in as soon as I arrived.

The location in the historic center is great, though parking is a short walk away, uphill to the hotel. The digital access system was fine and the room was good, though nothing special. Air conditioning wasn't great, and the bathroom had no heating, which made it chilly in winter. The shower could be better, and the Wi-Fi was poor. My overall impression was just OK.

The app handled everything and worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the free little area by the entrance, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruit, cereal, and other snacks. It's a beautiful, welcoming place in a very central spot, and we had a really good experience. We'll definitely be back!
