The old town is an easy walk away, with major bodegas nearby, and we found tapas bars for dinner. The local wine was lovely and only 1 or 2 euros a glass, much better than ordering room service from the basic menu. The room was fabulous for the price, and breakfast was a nice buffet at 8 euros each. Safe underground parking was another real plus. I only took off a star because there isn't a restaurant. We'd definitely stay again, especially since Bilbao port is just an hour and a half away by car.

Friendly staff and a comfortable bed, but calling this a four-star hotel doesn't feel right. Our room wasn't very clean: there was hair in the toilet and on one of the towels. The air conditioner was as loud as a jet engine. It is affordable and in a relatively quiet spot.

The town location was just right, and the rooms were clean and friendly. Breakfast was great too. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, just perfect.

The village setting is beautiful, and I wish I'd had more than one night to explore and visit the bodegas. The room was lovely, with a comfy bed and a little balcony, and the staff were lovely too. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I'll definitely come back for a couple of days. A sincere thank you to everyone who works there.

We didn't get to see the town, but the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise and a welcome break on our trip from the Bilbao ferry toward Barcelona. Our family room was large, the restaurant was good value, and the service was very friendly. There's secure parking, and the area around the hotel is all about the wine trade.
