Dinner was home-cooked and delicious, so make time for at least one evening meal there. Casa do Mudo has lovely grounds, and the cozy rooms are really comfortable. Ana and Manuel are delightful, with lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. We hope we can come back soon.

We had a delicious, very generous breakfast, and Ana made us feel so welcome. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, so you can just unwind there, though there's plenty to explore nearby. It's a lovely place in the countryside, about a 15-20 minute drive from the coast. You can see how much care the owners put into it in all the little details. Thanks for your hospitality, Ana, and enjoy your own holiday!

SPECTACULAR. The breakfast is exquisite, and you can have a meal at the house if you let them know in advance. The owners are lovely and happy to suggest what to do and where to go nearby. The house is beautiful, with lovely scenery around it and trails, a river, and places of interest close by. Food in Galicia is very good wherever you eat.

We had dinner at the hotel on our first night, and it was simply stunning. I was on a road trip around Galicia with my husband, and this charming hotel was a lovely stop. Our room was beautiful, new, and modern, at the end of the garden. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, the service was superb, and the food was excellent.

A car is needed to make this peaceful, pleasant hotel a good choice, and give the owners a day's notice if you'd like dinner. They have a nice history behind them and are lovely people. They speak English much better than they say they do.
