A horrible, stressful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them. We’ve rented from this agency for several years without problems, but things went very differently this summer when, as owners, we entrusted them with our home for the first half of August. They suggested a family they trusted, calling them “wonderful people,” so we booked back in December and relied on the agency’s judgment. When we moved back in, we found damage everywhere. A new wardrobe door was hanging off its hinges, the front-door weatherstripping was loose and bent, a window screen had a hole in it, wine glasses were missing because they’d been broken, a coffee thermos and solid glass bowl were broken, almost all the plates and cups were chipped, and a sun lounger had broken legs. They also took the cotton covers from all seven beds without permission. The agency refuses to take responsibility or ask its client to pay for the damage. It holds €500 from the owner in case anything happens to the house, but doesn’t make tenants pay for damage they cause. A terrible experience.

We had a peaceful first two weeks of July at Bolonia Golf, where it was easy to rest and sleep well. The house was fantastic and beautiful, with lots of cozy places to sit and relax. We all loved being able to walk straight from the garden to the communal pool, which was empty most of the day.

They’re supposed to open at 9:00, but at 9:30 they were still sitting in the bar next door with their coffee and churros. They saw us waiting outside and still didn’t serve us. They should be ashamed. I’d give one star only because I can’t give less. YOU’RE AWFUL.

Reyes and I had arranged an appointment, but she never showed up. I waited all morning, then called and learned she had decided not to come because rain was forecast. She had my number and still didn't let me know, or even cancel. I wouldn't recommend trusting this company to sell your property when they put in so little effort.

The staff were fantastic, and the lifeguard was especially friendly. The apartments and facilities are beautifully looked after, with a lovely pool. It's such a peaceful place to relax, and we'll definitely come back.
