The owner’s behavior was the worst part of an already awful stay. After we had checked out, she followed us to a nearby bar and berated us in front of other customers, accusing us of leaving the apartment dirty. Earlier, the cleaner was still there when we arrived and kept coming in and out while we were moving in. When we left, she entered before we had fully vacated. There was also constant noise from neighbors and the owner shouting in the building. The management felt hostile and completely unprofessional. The apartment itself was filthy on arrival, with ants. The walls were peeling, the ceiling fan wobbled dangerously, and the air conditioner kept leaking. The shower was in poor shape and had no showerhead installed. We’ve never had a worse accommodation experience, and I can’t recommend it. One star only because zero wasn’t an option.

We stayed in August and the heat made it hard to sleep even one night. There was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan that was useless with the sun beating straight onto it all day. The refrigerator also didn’t cool properly. The apartment was a letdown.

The neighborhood was pleasant and very quiet, with shops, a pharmacy, and Sierpes Street nearby. The apartment was okay, though the cleaning could use a bit more attention. The one we stayed in also had no air conditioning.

What looks a little cheaper can turn out very expensive when you end up with damp and mold. The first apartment I booked was cold and wet, including the bed and sofa, and the toilet was loose. They moved me, but the bedroom walls in the replacement had black mold. As the photo shows, moldy walls don’t make a place perfect or wonderful, whatever the reviews say. I’d be wary of reviews from people with only one opinion, it’s obvious.
