The service was great, and everything was cleaned well. The rooms are a comfortable size, just right.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment this time, and it was in very good shape. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, with useful cooking items and utensils, plus a boiler and refrigerator. There's no dishwasher, though. The apartment had been renovated, at least the ones we saw, with newer furniture, a comfy sofa, and mattresses in good condition. We found the place very well maintained and gave it 5 out of 5 for cleanliness. They also leave a small cleaning kit in the kitchen, with a garbage bag, a little dish soap, a sponge, a dishcloth, and a laundry tablet. The location is perfect, only steps from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Regla and 5 minutes from the beach. Our ground-floor place opened onto a street-facing terrace/patio, with an awning that helped with the heat. There was an air conditioning unit in the living room, and the bedrooms had convenient ceiling fans with remote controls. The main drawback for me was how crowded the living room felt, with the sofa, coffee table, armchairs, table, and chairs all close together. I'd personally prefer a smaller table in front of the sofa, and not a glass one, though that's just my preference. Private parking is available, but spaces aren't reserved and depend on availability. If you park on arrival and then take the car out, you may not get a space again when you come back. There's a €5 deposit, refunded when you leave. These apartments have a long history in the area. We recommend them and would stay here again if we're back this way.

The beds were the one downside for me, the mattresses felt very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was really clean, and the bedrooms were bright and had what we needed. The living room was well equipped, and the balcony was lovely and useful, with space to hang swimsuits and towels. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking. There was air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. It's very close to the beach and recreation areas, and parking was free.

The apartment was spotless, and the staff were so friendly. We got a warm welcome, too. The location worked perfectly, only 150 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The bedding could be better, and in winter the gas boiler next to the bedroom made some noise. Chipiona is worth a look, and the beach promenade is lovely.
