This is my favourite hotel in Chipiona, and probably one of my favourites anywhere. The family-run place is right by the sea in the heart of Chipiona, with incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Our refurbished room was nice and had AC/heating, a fridge, a safe and a big bath. There's parking, but reserve it in advance. The roof terrace looks out over the sea. If you can, get a sea view room.

The hotel deserves even more stars for its service. It's extremely clean, the staff are so friendly, and breakfast was delicious and inexpensive. The prices are very fair, too. Best of all, the location is enchanting, right by the entrance to the Guadalquivir river. From our room we watched merchant ships come into the river in the morning.

We had a spacious apartment with a private terrace in this beautiful old world boutique hotel. The service was outstanding, friendly and professional. Parking is tight, though: an SUV/PU couldn't fit down the alley or through the garage entrance, but our compact was fine. It's close to the beach and to shops and dining. Chipiona's beach is wide and stretches for many miles.

We really enjoyed our stay in the quiet low season. Our room overlooking the beach was comfortable, and the staff were lovely, very friendly people. Everything was very clean. The bathroom could use some improvement, though.

I've visited about 7 times while travelling around Andalusia and plan to come again. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, with great sea views, and the food is great too. Friendly staff and owners, and good value for money. Shops, places to eat and bars are handy. Try the local bodegas, you won't be disappointed.
