The little square in front was a safe place for the children to play, and the locals made us feel very welcome. We were 13 for Christmas weekend, and had a wonderful time. The house is roomy, with enough bedrooms for everyone, comfortable beds, three bathrooms and a separate toilet. The pillows were a bit too high, but the heating was fantastic and kept the place really warm. There are a few things that could be better, but I’d definitely recommend the house. We’ll be back.

The house was extremely dirty, very, very dirty, and the small kitchen didn’t have enough utensils. There were 13 adults, but not enough beds, so one person had to sleep on the sofa. The beds were 1.35 meters wide, apart from one that was 1.10 or 1.20 meters. There were also two extra beds, but the teenagers, who are bigger than the adults, couldn’t sleep on them. The temperature indoors was fine and the heating worked well. The hot water, though, kept changing from very cold to very hot, and the pressure was too weak. If one person showered, the other had a hard time. The ceilings were very low, so tall people shouldn’t go. It’s a truly rural house.

The owners are lovely, and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s clean and a great place to spend time with friends. Highly recommended. Mass is at 10:30, just 50 meters away.

There was no washing machine, cell service, or internet. The attic ceiling was about 1.5 meters high, so you couldn’t stand up straight. Water pressure was uneven, and the shower could scald you or leave you freezing. The sheets were worn out, and they gave me only one towel for five weeks. As for cleanliness, zero: we found a dead bird behind the TV and a 2020 receipt under the bed. The owners slept in the bed while we were living there. While I was there writing this review, they threatened to kick me out unless I deleted it. They also came to the house and berated my wife for an hour, even though she’d done nothing wrong. Judge for yourselves.
