Líbere Ciudad Real

The rooms are fresh and clean, just right. Shops and the town center are easy to reach on foot, which is the best part.

It was Sunday when I couldn’t get into the locked parking lot, and Maria from Ciudad Real Libere kindly helped me open it. I’m grateful for her kindness.

I’d happily come back. The self check-in was a first for me, and handling everything in the app worked efficiently. Libere is pet friendly and accommodates service animals. There was no fee for my medical service dog once I’d sent the required documentation to customer support, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and felt safe, with clear, useful information and a well equipped kitchen. The towels were soft and clean, the building had good air conditioning, and the location was great. Even though it’s on a busy plaza, the soundproofing was excellent. The two bottles of water and chips were a nice welcome touch. I requested a late checkout in the app and got approval in seconds. It clearly showed the extra charge for extending by four hours, which was very convenient. Phone, email, and app support were all excellent. I did have an uncomfortable experience with housekeeping. My late checkout had been confirmed for 2:00 p.m., but at 1:54 p.m. someone knocked and came straight in without waiting. I was in the bathroom, and the sudden entry startled my service dog, who ran to the door barking, so I had to rush out. I hadn’t checked out in the app, and it was still before the agreed time. Nobody apologized, and staff waited at the door while I left promptly at 2:00 p.m. Please train the cleaning staff to wait after knocking.

The location was convenient, and having somewhere to store our luggage was useful. The layout was practical, everything was clean, and the whole stay was perfect.
