Nomad Haux Mestalla

Diana Marcela, the cleaning lady, was kind, friendly, and helpful. She cleaned thoroughly and clearly took her work seriously. The service was great, and we enjoyed the quiet room and lovely terrace during our week at Nomad Haux. The place was modern and clean, though the shower curtain didn’t work properly and let water spill onto the bathroom floor.

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the city center and lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The place itself is new, clean, and well equipped. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Valencia. Highly recommend :)

I’ve never had such a frustrating booking experience. These apartments are part of SingularStays, and I believe the company is trying to scam people. Don’t book with them, however nice the apartments may look. I reserved through Booking.com, then immediately got a suspicious message with a link asking to withdraw a deposit. The stay was five months away, yet they were already sending payment requests. They even pushed me to accept another one, promising a refund. I don’t believe they were telling the truth. When I called to get it sorted out, they acted surprised and said they’d been “hacked.” I wasn’t convinced. They hung up on me after I asked more questions. It felt like someone was impersonating Booking.com to get people to pay for something that wasn’t even due yet. Booking.com eventually helped me get my money back. Without their help, I don’t think I’d have seen a cent. I consider SingularStays completely unethical, and at this point I’m convinced this is an illegal operation. Stay away from their schemes, and book a real hotel so you don’t risk losing your money like I did.

Diana was amazing, and the staff took such good care of us. It was an incredible experience, really nice and convenient, and everyone was very professional.
