We had a decent sunset view out the back, and the place was generally clean and tidy, with three good pools. Our basic apartment was clean too, and facing the first pool worked out well for us. The rooms were cleaned every other day, the bar service was quick, and the staff were friendly. There was a really good choice of food. The Aqua Park is a 10-minute walk away and is included if you choose that option. Nothing to complain about.

The entertainment team were brilliant, from the water sports to water dance, and really made the trip for us. The on-site shop also had a very good selection and lovely staff, and the nearby restaurants, just over a five-minute walk away, were all brilliant. But we were very disappointed overall and wouldn’t return. The apartment was extremely overcrowded, with nowhere near enough sunbeds. We had to be at the pool in a chair before 8am to secure one for the day, so don’t expect to turn up at 9am and find a bed. The rooms were dated and basic. The flimsy shower curtain didn’t go all the way round, so the floor kept getting soaked. On our first night, the microwave gave off an extremely strong burning smell within two seconds. If we’d left it running for the 40 seconds I first set, I’m sure it would have caught fire. Staff came to smell it themselves and replaced it straight away. The beds were never made or changed during the week, and towels were changed once. We had to ask reception for fresh ones. The apartment floor was only brushed and mopped once, on our last day, and the bins were emptied twice. We went Self Catering, which I’m glad about because all we’d heard about the food was bad. At checkout, nobody asked how the stay had been. The person checking us out only asked for the room number and told us to go around the back of the building if we were with Jet2.

I was there from 26/08/25 to the 05/09/25. The rooms were spacious and really nice, and there were different food and drink choices. The location was the main downside: it felt quite secluded, with little around, and the nearby beach is rocky. Nighttime entertainment was poor too, especially for children. They repeated the same songs and dances every night, which got boring.

The food was fresh and fantastic, and the drinks were good. It’s a nice, clean hotel with a really friendly team and a great entertainment crew. There’s lots of free parking around the hotel. I think it deserves four stars instead of three, and we’d go back.
