The pool area is lovely and has some great events, though the showers can switch between hot and cold, which gets annoying. The bar and restaurant spaces can also be uncomfortable in summer because there’s no air conditioning. Cocktails need some work too. With a Caipirinha or Tequila Sunrise, be clear about how much alcohol you want, otherwise it can taste more like juice. On the good side, the hotel is well located near beautiful beaches, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They clearly try hard, and that made my stay enjoyable. The service was good and I plan to return. I’d recommend all-inclusive since it makes meals easier and lets you relax without worrying where to eat. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, lunch has lots of variety, and dinner brings a different country’s special dish each night, which is a fun touch. Thanks to the team for their effort.

I came back on Monday after five days here with my son, my first holiday alone with him, and we had a brilliant time. I’d definitely return. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the hotel was lovely. My sea-view room was clean, spacious, and perfect, well worth the extra I paid. I’m gluten and dairy free, and at lunch and dinner two male staff members and the chef took me around the restaurant to show me what I could eat. That was really kind. The food was nice, there were always plenty of sunbeds, and the beach was right behind the hotel, with a bar and restaurants. The evening entertainment was good too. The water park made a good day out and was only a 10-minute walk. We took a taxi to Ciutadella, about seven minutes away, and it was such a beautiful place. We also walked 10 minutes to another cove and spent a few hours jumping off rocks, which my son loved.

The food was lovely, with lots of choices at every meal, and it was all cooked beautifully and replenished regularly. I’d read one review that made me worry about the food, but after the first day I thought they were probably used to burgers and chips or nuggets and chips. The hotel is great and just outside town, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had a beautiful stay in August 2025, with good food, great staff and amazing entertainers. The one frustrating part came on departure day, when breakfast was an hour earlier than usual. Even though everything was already laid out and we’d paid for breakfast that day, the hotel only offered us muffins.
